You and your job
As a Tech Domain Manager you are responsible for the technology stack of Credit Analytics (CA). You will be responsible for the delivery and continuity of IT systems with an assignment to build the future tech stack for credit risk models and decommissioning legacy applications.
In your role as Head of the Tech chapter for Tribe Credit Analytics, you will be accountable for Tech Risk, Continuity, Security, Lifecycle Management, Tech debt management, cost-effectiveness and running the IT factory. Leading a large chapter of engineers and tech specialists (approximately 350 FTE), you will be responsible for developing their expertise and ensuring that squads and areas have the right tech specialists to take full ownership of their products and services. You will set and monitor standards for the tech stack. As the Tech Domain Manager, you will define and shape the Tech roadmap for the Tribe and ensure this input is used to prioritize the Tribe's backlog.
In this position, you will work closely together with many different stakeholders across the bank . You must demonstrate strong leadership skills in a high-pressure environment, meeting hard JST deadlines, and managing growth in budget and reports. Your ability to influence, develop, and motivate staff, and drive behavioural change is crucial. The impact of credit risk models on the bank's P&L is significant.
This role is a high-profile leadership position. You will be part of the Leadership team of Tribe CA and a member of the Management Team of the Division Risk & Finance Tech.
Risk and Finance Tech:
As Tech Domain Manager CA you will be part of the Management Team of Risk & Finance Tech.
Risk & Finance Tech takes care of the development & maintenance of all centralized Risk Management and Finance systems of Rabobank. R&F Tech contributes significantly to the realisation of the IT strategy of the bank with focus on SaaS solutions for standardized processes and development of re-usable, cloud based platforms for processes where competitive advantages can be achieved.
Credit Analytics:
As Tech Domain Manager CA you will be the Tech counterpart for the Credit Analytics Tribe. Tribe Credit Analytics develops and maintains credit risk models for regulatory capital and business purposes. The tribe is responsible for model initiation including data collection, model development and model implementation.

This is what we offer you
- A contract for 40 hours
- A gross annual salary between € 172.062,14 and € 227.698,94 (including 13th month and holiday allowance) rewarded in scale EKI, depending on your experience and seniority;
- A mobility budget to be used for a lease car or other forms of transportation;
- A pension scheme to which you contribute 5.5% (or 3,5% for own choice);
- Individual pension contribution of 23% of your 12 month salary
- A management allowance to cover expenses;
- A development budget that you can spend on activities related to your personal development and career.
