• Gross monthly salary between EUR 6,155 and EUR 8,793 (scale 11) for a 36 hour week

Oversight Vendor & Contract Manager

As Oversight Vendor & Contract Manager, you are responsible for organizing and creating oversight and overviews on all Vendor & Contract management processes and topics.

You & your job

• Proactive Strategic Advisory and Alignment
• Policy and Governance Translation to CITO
• Change Impact Analysing and Funnelling
• Vendor portfolio Strategy
• Oversight on the core ITVM Processes (for example Risk Management, Demand Management, Performance Management) in combination with actual topics (for example GenAI, DORA, Sustainability)

The next years will be extremely challenging because of the strategic change expected from IT VM. Developing strategic insights and capabilities in the department and acting as a data-driven strategic advisor to MT CITO and the Managing Board for a vendor portfolio of hundreds of vendors requires excellent vendor and contract management capabilities combined with excellent communication skills.

• Delivering integrated and aggregated overviews on CITO vendors and/or processes/topics assigned to you
• Delivering strategic advice on vendors, contracts, and vendor management processes
• Shaping the IT roadmap/ vision for the department
• Vendor and contract management for a set of vendors

Your future colleagues from IT Vendor Management (IT VM) are jointly responsible for managing all suppliers (sourcing, software, hardware) daily, and delivering added value to the dynamic IT world of CITO. IT VM acts as ‘the bridge’ between CITO and her external partners and ensures a firm grip on all IT vendors within Rabobank.

You & your talent

• Master’s degree
• At least 10 years of experience with vendor and contract management in an international environment
• Excellent command of the Dutch (hard requirement) and English language in speech and writing
• Knowledge of and experience in large complex IT environments
• Strong communication skills
• Strong conceptual and strategic capabilities and strong problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in managing change

This position is in Utrecht. To be considered for this position, you must be located in the Netherlands or elsewhere in the EU and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands. We are unable to consider candidates requiring relocation from another country.
