Senior Solution Architect - AI & Privacy Governance

This is what we offer you

• Gross monthly salary between EUR 5,115 and EUR 7,308 (scale 10) for a 36 hour week
• Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance

As a Solution Architect you can make a difference

Within the Tribe Global Data & Analytics Platform you will work in the centre of the data driven enterprise. The tribe consists out of the following 4 area’s:

• Governance Platform
• Data Platform
• Analytics Platform
• Onboarding & Support

About 40 squads work across these 4 areas. All squads are supported by Solution Architects. We need your help coaching the teams and help design great solutions that support Rabobank’s staff.

Above all we are looking for new colleagues with an insatiable curiosity in data, technology and self-development on a senior level. We don’t look for the sheep with the 5 legs. We believe that if you are a good solution architect you are capable to work as a specialist and generalist. There is absolutely no need to tick all of below mentioned boxes but it gives you an idea of which topics are important to us:

Technical Skills

• Cloud Platforms: Expertise in Azure, including services like Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), and Azure Databricks.
• Data Integration: Experience with data integration tools and platforms, particularly Snowflake.
• AI and Privacy Governance: Knowledge of AI governance frameworks and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, AI-Act).
• Security: Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Architecture Design: Proficiency in designing scalable, reliable, and secure IT architectures.
• Programming and Scripting: Skills in languages such as Python, SQL, and possibly others relevant to your tech stack.

Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Leadership: Ability to lead or guide projects and mentor junior team members.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing technologies and business requirements.

Experience

• Relevant Work Experience: Several years of experience in IT architecture, particularly in cloud environments.
• Project Management: Experience managing large-scale IT projects from inception to completion.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the banking, privacy and security industry, also in the context of AI governance.

Education and Certifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP),  Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), AI Governance Professional (AIGP)
