• Gross monthly salary between EUR 3,712 and EUR 5,300 (scale 08) for a 36 hour week

You’ll be working as part of a team where 12,000 Rabobank colleagues rely on your application to support their work for – and with our 8 million customers. Your role is essential in ensuring they can access critical information, whether it's for transactions worth just a few euros or millions. To empower these colleagues in their interactions with customers, we provide BOC—a cloud-based application that delivers comprehensive transaction data and insights.

As medior DevOps Engineer, you’re part of a team who works on a Rabobank internal application that supports our 12.000 internal end users 24/7. The team just finalised their cloud move and is working on an exciting backlog of new functionality. As a DevOps squad we are together responsible for the continuation and development of the application. We follow the principle: You build it, you run it!

Together, we’ll ensure that a large volume of payment and savings orders are processed and delivered smoothly every day, while also providing support to our customers when needed. As a trusted partner, we play a critical role in equipping our colleagues with the essential information to assist our customers effectively.

You and your job

As part of our DevOps team, you’re together with the team responsible for the full lifecycle, from idea to implementation, to operation, including monitoring, logging and alerting.

Have an igniting enthusiasm in solving complex puzzles together with the team and coach/mentor team members while doing so, especially in the area of testing. You will be working with an agile team handling internal web application, design develop and maintain frontend(angular) and backend apis.

Step into the realm of direct connect services, proactively thinking about solutions and improvements together with the team.

You and your talent

We are looking for a medior DevOps Engineer. Do you have the following essential skills that will make you stand out?

• Agility comes natural to you, effortlessly adapting to change, while prioritizing on importance.

Must have:

• Minimum of 3+ years of working experience doing development.
• Solid exposure towards Springboot / Microservices Architecture.
• Working experience building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (and/or Jenkins).
• Expertise in understanding and using databases like Postgres or SQL.
• Working experience with logging/monitoring tooling like Splunk, Dynatrace.
• Exposure towards cloud architecture and/or using AWS/Azure Cloud (PaaS).
• Good communication skills and fluency in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Cucumber, JMeter.
• Interest in front-end architecture and AngularJS/Angular.
• Experience with the -Ops side of DevOps.
• Speaking or willing to learn Dutch is a plus.
