As an Agile Coach you work for the Tribe FEC Tech. Together with the FEC Tech coach team you facilitate the creation and improvement of an effective scaled Agile environment. Are you looking for the next step after several years of experience as agilist or Agile Transformation consultant? Then we are looking for you!

You & your role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Agile Coach with a growth mindset and the drive to let our tribe, areas and squads flourish. You help them to become faster, more digital, and more client-focussed. With Rabobank’s agile scaling framework ‘Simplify@Scale’ you enable the success of Rabobank’s digital transformation. From Senior leadership to Scrum Masters and Product Owners; you coach, consult and guide on what is needed to further develop into a professional agile organization at scale.

As an Agile Coach you are part of the Tribe FEC Tech. You work in this domain and coach your stakeholders in their various challenges. As an Agile Coach you require a strong conceptual knowledge of agility, a collaborative and proactive attitude, good coaching skills and a helicopter view. You actively work on further embedding and developing the Simplify@Scale framework for the Tribe FEC Tech and on specific coach assignments within the FEC domain.

FEC Tech

We drive FEC technology to protect our society, customers, and bank. FEC Tech is responsible for process automation and innovation across the FEC domain, including overall IT system support. Main focus is to lead model development and workflow tooling improvement for CDD, TM, Sanctions, D&I, and External Fraud.

Assignment examples

  • Improving the Simplify@Scale heartbeat on all levels of the tribe and helping triangles (leadership) with their roles and responsibilities in the heartbeat events
  • Guiding and supporting Product Owners on all levels to improve their Product management skills and vision and quantifying & measuring business value
  • Coaching and supporting Scrum Masters on area and squad level to improve their skills and enhance their impact
  • Continuous improvement of refinement and backlog management on all levels

You & your talent:

  • You have experience with scaled agile (preferably Simplify@Scale)
  • You are an expert in agile and contribute from your coaching skills
  • You master the English language. It's a pre if you are fluent in Dutch
  • You have experience with complex problem solving
  • You exhibit a growth mindset and like to learn from feedback
  • You have what it takes to convince professionals
  • You know how to hold your own in different contexts and always have your sights set on the continuous improvement of organizations
  • You work as a trusted advisor to your stakeholders and identify possible improvements pro-actively
  • You actively carry out systemic interventions and recognize group dynamics in teams and triangles and know how to intervene in the undercurrent to improve team work
  • You encourage the Rabobank organization to use agility to achieve maximum results for the customer
  • You make impact by growing the Rabobank organization with our Simplify@Scale framework
  • You have an above average interest in change management and enjoy being involved in the overall business strategy.

Agile Coach (B)

  • scale 9 - up to € 5.655 gross per month
  • 3 years or more of relevant work experience
  • scope: coaching Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Area leadership

Agile Coach (C)

  • scale 10 - up to € 6.741 gross per month
  • at least 5 years or more of relevant work experience
  • scope: coaching Area and Tribe leadership, owner of transformation tools & topics
