• Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,331 and EUR 6,186 (scale 09) for a 36 hour week

About Tech4Dev

Our area Tech4Dev has the vision to enable a frictionless software development journey for all Rabobank engineers. Throughout the software development life cycle, we ensure all Rabobank engineers can deliver high-quality software’s that are robust, secure and adhering to the Rabobank standards.

Tech4Dev is one of the six areas within the tribe Tech4Engineering. Our main drive within Tech4Engineering is: “Happy engineers”. Through our service delivery to over 8000 engineers across the enterprise globally, we aim to unlock precious engineering capacity through providing simplified and standardized services.

Area Tech4Dev offers a wide range of services to support engineers in their development journey.

Our services contain strategic planning to squad day-to-day work item management, development stack initiation, artifact management and code scanning capabilities, CI/CD orchestration, performance testing and contract testing, as well as leveraging GenAI capabilities to accelerate developer experience.

As a Product Owner, you will work together with other Product Owners, Solution Architects, Scrum Masters, and over 60 engineers and business analysts that together shape a diverse and engaging working environment. While we put our service consumer front and center, we also actively collaborate with one another through nourishing a culture that embraces openness and growth.

The product that you will work on will be determined during the application process based on your experience and our demand, matching your ambition, skills and experience.

About you and your experience

• HBO / WO thinking and / or education level
• You have proven track record and 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in complex agile / Scrum environments
• You possess relevant technical product and market knowledge with regard to DevOps, CI/CD and platform engineering
• You do not get caught up in details and see the bigger picture. You focus on value creation and impact (outcomes), rather than technical feature delivery (outputs)
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills. You’re able to structure complex stories and present to various target audiences
• You are proactive andambitious to co-create value with your stakeholders and technical user groups
• You are experienced with problem / product discovery and have an inquisitive mind in understanding the root cause of a problem
• You are eager to learn, not afraid of stepping outside of your comfort zone. You are equipped with a growth mindset in which you provide and receive feedback with openness.
• You make decisions fact-based and data-driven

Key responsibilities

As a Product Owner you determine what needs to be done, prioritize and align to achieve our ambitions and drive real impact. A Product Owner is part of an autonomous multidisciplinary team that is end-to-end responsible for their products.

• You create a vision for your product, which takes your team and stakeholder’s perspective and feedback into account
• You ensure the voice of the consumer is central throughout the product lifecycle
• Liaise with stakeholders, set the right priorities that are aligned with business objectives and strategic directions
• You create a roadmap to deliver value in a timely manner, with the right quality and cost
• You prioritize product backlog and actively manage dependencies across teams
• You actively align with leadership to proactively facilitate decision making to business meaningful outcome
• You take a proactive approach in ensuring our services are adhering to regulation and compliance guidelines
• You manage a healthy vendor relationship (including contract negotiation)
• You work with your Solution Architect to select sustainable technical solutions
• You work with your Scrum Master to cultivate a high-performing team and provide constructive feedback to help squad members reach their full potential
• You challenge your team and area on latest market opportunities and structural improvements
