Tribe Treasury ALM enables the Treasury community with tools, infrastructure and calculations in order to protect and optimize our balance sheet. Our high performing teams are responsible for data processing, calculations to enable balance sheet position & risk management, infrastructure and cooperation & synchronization with our internal/external stakeholders. This position is within the Portfolio Office. As Portfolio Manager, you will support Tribe leadership in various capacities, with a primary focus on ensuring the successful execution of the Tribe's roadmap. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining automated dashboards to monitor progress and quality controls. You will act as an ambassador for the S@S rituals and way of working, creating insights into the planning process and clearly explaining the what, why, and how of the Tribe's activities to all members and stakeholders. Additionally, you will play a key facilitating role in the quarterly QBR cycle of the Tribe. As a center of competence, the Portfolio Office is also responsible for facilitating complete, correct, and timely progress reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.

Practical Examples

  • Ensure Adherence: Support all squads in the Tribe to follow the agreed way of working in Azure DevOps and the S@S rituals.
  • Monitor Impediments: Sharpen your investigator skills, keep track of impediments, ensuring they are frequently updated and quickly resolved.
  • Suggest and Implement Improvements: Be an entrepreneur within the Tribe! Propose and carry out enhancements to processes and workflows.
  • Be On Site: Regularly be present on site and act as the first point of contact for Tribe colleagues and stakeholders outside the Tribe (e.g., Domain).
  • Plan and Prepare Meetings: Organize, prepare, and in some cases facilitate, various meetings with stakeholders, such as QBR and the Strategic/Tactical/Operational planning sessions.

Top 3 responsibilities

  • Create Actionable Insights: Develop insights that enable the Tribe to effectively deliver on its roadmap. For this, you need to be IT savvy and have (or develop) a thorough understanding of Azure DevOps (advanced) and PowerBI (advanced).  It would be beneficial if you know how to run flat and hierarchical queries, create dashboards and use delivery plans in DevOps. For PowerBI: intermediate knowledge of DAX and M code is beneficial to debug dashboards and ensure smooth reporting. A good command of excel is beneficial as well.
  • Ensure Alignment and Communication: Create alignment between all the different Tribe areas and ensure all stakeholders are properly informed, both internally and externally.
  • Facilitate Agile Practices: Promote the Agile way of working and ensure robust business process management.
