As an experienced Test Automation Specialist, you are ready to utilize your knowledge and experience to bring the ALM Treasury Tribe to the next levels of test automation.

Describing the vision and successfully implementing that vision, so that all the 13 squads will become more efficient and effective is what gives you energy. As Test Manager you work at the heart of the bank, at Treasury. You make the difference for our Tribe. You combine your drive to improve with your knowledge and experience in Test Automation, to make our great Tribe even more effective.

PracticalExamples

• Define the end state vision for the Tribe on Test Automation and set up / agree a maturity plan with each squad
• Improve and automate the way we use data on our Dev / Test / Acceptance environments
• Liaise with other initiatives in Rabobank to learn from and use that to improve the Test maturity in ALM Treasury
• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Azure-based applications

Top 3 responsibilities

• Promote a focus on performance and security testing, working with technical experts to ensure that systems are resilient and secure.
• Develop and oversee the execution of a test strategy that spans system integration, and end-to-end testing across various squads.
• Lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple squads, ensuring that components are tested individually and in an integrated manner.

You will work with the 14 squads, which are divided into 3 areas. Each area has its own focus, being Data, QRM (vendor application) and Calculation of Models and Ratios. All squads work on the Microsoft stack from IaaS, to PaaS and SaaS solutions. We use .NET, Python, DataBricks, Azure Stack etc. You should be experienced within the Microsoft Stack either coming from a .NET background or a Data Oriented background.

You and your talent

• 10+ years of experience in test management (engineering), with experience driving testing efforts across multiple cross-functional teams
• Proven experience in a complex financial environment (10+ years): you understand financial
• Ability to develop and implement test strategies that align with business and technical objectives
• Strong communication skills, you can collaborate across different levels of the organization
• Consultancy/leadership skills and experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills, coaching and storytelling as well
• Big plus: Dutch speaking
• You must be located in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work here.

Tech requirements

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and working with an Agile tribe structure
• Understanding of test automation, performance and security testing tools and techniques to effectively guide and support the technical team
• Experience with the Microsoft Technology stack / .NET
• BDD experience
• Hands on experience mainly with Specflow with .NET
• Basic Knowledge on Azure Functions and Azure Web App Understanding
• Experience in interacting with Database and writing SQL Scripts
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts
