- Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,331 and EUR 6,186 (scale 09) for a 36 hour week

Introduction

You & Your Role
As a DevOps engineer, you will be part of the area Tech4Ops and in Squad Haystack. This is a dynamic squad that helps other squads make data-driven decisions. With your work you will be giving your colleagues in the bank the ability to collect, process, analyse and visualize their data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps to enable rapid, reliable software delivery.
- Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS, or self-managed) and deploy applications using Helm charts.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform and Ansible to automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment across multi-cloud environments.
- Write Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks, integrate systems, and enhance tooling.
- Implement end-to-end monitoring solutions (Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) for infrastructure, applications, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage artifact repositories (Nexus or JFrog Artifactory) and version control systems (AzureDO).
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance, security, and scalability in Azure and AWS environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the DevOps toolchain, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Enforce security best practices in CI/CD workflows, cloud environments, and containerized applications.

You & Your Talents
- 8+ years of hands-on DevOps/Cloud Engineering experience
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Helm, and container orchestration
- Proficiency in Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure automation
- Strong scripting skills in Python (Bash/Shell is a plus)
- Deep experience building CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with GitOps practices
- Experience with monitoring/logging/observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana)
- Knowledge of artifact management (Nexus, JFrog Artifactory) and Git workflows
- Cloud expertise in Azure (AKS, ARM, Azure DevOps) and AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, IAM, CloudFormation)
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud cost optimization
