• Gross monthly salary between EUR 5,162 and EUR 7,374 (scale 10) for a 36 hour week

You and your job
Facilitate the Tribe CreditCore Leadership Team by building up a robust risk culture and help incorporating the ‘in-control’ way of working into the day-to-day activities of the Tribe as a Risk Control Partner (RCP). Understanding the credit process, identifying risks and developing the credit risk control library is also an important responsibility

• Support Risk and Control Activities in the Tribe;
• Provide feedback on development/implementation process.

Top 3 responsibilities

• Support, monitor and challenge Tribe Leadership in embedding the CreditCore Implementation Process and Control Approach into the Tribe’s In-control way of working and monitoring the adherence hereto;
• Assess, develop, align, and monitor the risks and controls that are part of the credit processes in close collaboration with our stakeholders (e.g., W&R, Retail NL, DLL, Obvion);
• Provide overview and insight for the Tribe, by providing factual results, and to translate these in an overall view on the ‘in-control’ state, including improvement topics with root causes and recommendations to the Tribe Leadership Team.

The 9 people in the Quality & Control Expertise team maximize business value by monitoring effective adherence to the CreditCore Tribe’s regulations and policies. You and your talent

• Degree in finance, business, economics or other related majors;
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Risk Management or Audit related role;
• Experience in Operational Risk Management, Risk and Control Activities (RCAs), Credit Risk management processes and/or Special Assets Management processes;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (mandatory) and Dutch (preferred);
• Eager to learn;
• Can-do attitude and persuasiveness to take others along;
• Risk-aware mindset;
• Flexibility and adaptability to varying scope and workload;
• Actively looking for solutions and able to connect the dots;
• Strong analytical ability in order to be able to present complex issues in a brief, simple and straightforward manner;
• Proven ability to proactively interact with senior management.
