- Gross monthly salary between EUR 5,162 and EUR 7,374 (scale 10) for a 36 hour week
- Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance

The D&A Academy and Development Centre is all about improving Rabobank’s D&A Maturity, including learning journeys and content through the Central D&A Academy, Advanced Analytics Early Career Program, and D&A Job profiles.
Data & AI literacy is the key enabler in this transformation journey, propelling Rabobank to the next level of our Data-Driven Transformation. The team is dedicated to implementing various learning interventions to enhance Literacy at all levels within Rabobank. Are you ready to be part of this exciting transformation?
You and your job
As a D&A Academy Specialist, you play a key role in our organization. Your focus on strategic areas and delivery of content is essential to our success. You help us achieve our goals by putting our strategy into action and executing on the development of our AI-centred offerings. Plus, you inspire and empower stakeholders and colleagues with future-ready skills, encouraging them to spot opportunities and create value through data and analytics. You work well with various business teams, trainers, and subject matter experts.
Practical examples
- Turn our D&A Literacy Strategy into action by playing a key role in the development and implementation of our AI learnings. With a focus on writing and developing content for those learnings.
- Create, implement, and execute the Data & Analytics Literacy framework within all business units of Rabobank.
- Coordinate training tasks like planning and quality assurance.
- Organize events and engage with community members.

- The Chief Data & Analytics Office domain within Rabobank guides, empowers and drives D&A value creation at scale to achieve the bank's strategic goals and drive business outcomes.
- The D&A Academy and Development Centre defines, measures and develops bank wide Data & AI Maturity and Literacy. We are responsible for improving Rabobank’s D&A Maturity, including learning journeys and content via the Central D&A Academy, D&A YPP Program, and D&A Job profiles.
- The teams aim to guide, empower and drive responsible use of data and AI across the bank with the (mandatory) skills and knowledge to excel in data, analytics, and (Gen)AI.
Top 3 responsibilities
- Implement and scale the plan to increase the D&A Literacy on all levels within the bank.
- Collaborate across departments to develop and implement effective learning paths while navigating a complex stakeholder field.
- Advise and manage different departments on the gap of knowledge, skills and mindset in D&A topics within Rabobank’s ecosystem.
(Optional) D&A Literacy Trainer:
- Join the Certified D&A Literacy Train the Trainer Program and become a trainer yourself.
- Conduct classroom training sessions for Rabobank employees across the bank.

You and your talent

- HBO or University Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in transformation projects and in a Data, Analytics, and AI learning & development environment.
- Strong affinity for designing learning intervention content, with a focus on creating engaging and impactful materials. Exceptional writing and communicative skills, with the ability to create clear (target group oriented), concise, and compelling content.
- Mastery in change management, stakeholder management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Critical thinker and master problem solver, capable of analysing complex issues and developing innovative solutions.
- Clear-headedness and adaptability to thrive in a complex and dynamic environment
