Senior Database Analyst / Administrator

• Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,331 and EUR 6,186 (scale 09) for a 36 hour week

As a Database Analyst you support technical projects and bring advanced data solutions to life. Your role is crucial in shaping and implementing the technical architecture, designing innovative systems, and implementing solutions that manage and analyse data optimally. And when necessary, you step in to solve high-urgency issues. In the domain of FEC Tech, you will get the opportunity to contribute and work with the newest developments in the market and thus develop your knowledge and skills to the maximum extent possible.

You and your responsibilities

• Working on the key topic for our bank - Financial Economic Crime;
• Leading and guiding the squad in setting up and maintaining databases in AWS from scratch;
• Working in a DevOps end-to-end squad who is responsible from request to maintenance;
• Designing and developing new solutions in the Microsoft Azure stack, such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure DevOps deployment pipelines, etc.
• Working together on new innovative solutions for complex business needs.

You and your talent

• You have studied IT, technology or similar;
• You have 5 or more years of development experience;
• Knowledge of creating a Postgres database on AWS;
• Experience with CI/CD solutions, including version control tools like Git and DevOps practices;
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing ETL/ ELT processes using tools like Azure Data Factory;
• Experience with Databricks;
• Knowledge of API design;
• Knowledge of IaC (Infrastructure as Code) with Terraform is a plus.
• Monitoring and optimization capability for the performance of data pipelines.
