You and your job

Imagine you will become an expert within Rabobank Financial Markets Services (FMS) - Cash Products Processing & Data Management (CPP)​​​​​​​​​​​​​ organisation who is responsible for the processing of transactions across the Rabobank Organisation.

• You will understand all requirements related to the timely confirmation of EMIR/DFA Confirmations.
• You keep an eye open for spotting improvement opportunities and are able to collaborate with all the various stakeholders involved in this process.
• You are the stress-resistant person that we are looking for who can also ensure the integrity and accuracy of the settlement process when the pressure is on.

Top 3 responsibilities

• Confirming Interest Rate Derivatives, FXOptions, Commodity Derivatives, Equity Derivates and other products;
• Making sure all Financial Market Products are processed correctly in the Back-Office systems;
• Collaboration with different stakeholders on a global level.

On a daily base, you will be dealing transaction related (customer) queries, booking captures, confirmation breaks and working procedures & controls.

The team

The 16 people in the Documentation & Trade Processing team operating from our head office Utrecht supports Markets and Treasury activities globally by being expert advisors on all derivative processing and confirmation related issues. Working together is the way we work; we are a passionate, focused and result-driven team at Rabobank which strives to provide excellent services to our clients (internal and external) whilst minimizing operational risks.

You and your talent

We expect you to have:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience;
• Relevant work experience;
• Strong communication skills;
• Knowledge of Financial Markets and products.

We expect you to be:

• A team player;
• Fluent in English;
• Flexible and motivated.

Experience and understanding of Operation Process workflows, a good reputation within the Rabobank organization could be an asset. We expect you to complete all mandatory e-learnings and certify for ACI Operations within 12 months. We also expect you to understand that working in a rapidly developing operations team may require you to take on operational tasks other than those described above.
