Business Consultant IT Security – COO W&R
This is what we offer you
- Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,331 and EUR 6,186 (scale 09) for a 36 hour week
- Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance

You and your job
You make a difference by being the linking pin between the regions and CITO. You help coordinate and monitor progress on delivery on Cyber Priorities. You assist regions in making sure they have all relevant information on a timely basis, and you can be the voice of WR regions at Head-Office, represent regional interests when need to be heard.
Together with the team, you help bring Security Advisement to a more mature and strategic level.
You help COO WR become more in control. You make complex matters simple and making sure we deliver what we promise. As a business consultant in our team, you are the linking pin who collaborates, combines and creates clear management information to advise senior management.
- Together with colleagues, you are the linking pin between the four regions and Head Office on all major security deliverables;
- You coordinate and monitor progress on all key deliverables on IT security;
- You maintain contact and manage a complex global stakeholder field;
- You analyse, inform and advise senior management on various security and IT topics and impediments;
- Identify improvement areas in project coordination for various ongoing initiatives;
- Take the lead in security project coordination where necessary.
- You bring extensive security and IT knowledge;
- Collaboration is your middle name; you work closely with the other security advisor in the business management team, you have strong relationships with all stakeholders, both across regions and at Head Office
- Project management skills for BaU and project-related initiatives.
- Comfortable in writing and conversation in English;

Top 4 responsibilities
- Coordinate and align W&R Regional IT security deliverables in line with the Rabobank Security and IT strategy.
- Inform Senior management on progress, priorities and impediments via meetings and formal reporting.
- Link W&R regions collaboratively with Rabobank Head Office.
- Provide guidance and advice on security and IT topics facilitated through risk and security forums.
- Work as a representative of W&R regions with their insights and requirements at Head Office security and planning discussions.
