Manager Financial Risk
As a (senior) Manager Financial Risk at ACE, you will work both as part of a team, and independently on various financial risk management projects in the financial sector. You will be helping our clients to optimize their risk management processes and regulatory driven transformation projects.

Job requirements
You will be a solid conversation partner for client executive teams and board of directors, when it comes to financial risk management challenges from both a technical -and business perspective. If you love strategy, change management and the financial sector, then working at ACE is the perfect next step for you.
What will you do
You will make an impact, exert influence and add value to long-lasting solutions together with our clients, by applying your knowledge related to financial risk management and/or regulations.
Your Key capabilities are:
- You can translate your know-how to added value for our clients;
- You are result-driven and can develop a strategy and roadmap for transformation projects and programs, to ensure delivery and implementation of solutions;
- You understand the dynamics and importance of stakeholder management;
- You can easily switch between delivery, project management and multiple clients;
- You are responsible for the quality of timely delivery to clients;
- You are ambitious, entrepreneurial and commercially minded. You have an existing network in the domain, you are able to nurture client relationships, bring our propositions to the client, and you think about new opportunities and thereby contribute to the growth of ACE.
Experience you will bring
- A Master's degree in Econometrics, Finance, (Quantative) Finance/Economics or Business Information Management;
- GARP FRM certification is a plus;
- You have at least 5-8 years of relevant work experience within financial services and/or consultancy:
- At least 3-5 years of consulting experience, within a Big Four firm is a plus;
- You have a network in the Dutch banking sector;
- You have in-depth specialist knowledge of banking laws and regulations (a.o CRR/CRD, Basel, EBA);
- You have in-depth specialist knowledge of financial risk and internal governance;
- You have experience in coaching junior and medior colleagues;
- You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both oral and written.
