This is what we offer you
- Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,331 and EUR 7,374 (scale 09 - 10) for a 36 hour week

Within Global CDD Change, we drive the global CDD Change agenda in a structured and predictable way to ensure Global changes are implemented uniform and consistent. Our goal is to deliver changes contributing to simplified, compliant, and customer-centric CDD E2E processes, using our strategic execution power. We also connect teams to be empowered and inspire commitment to effective CDD change.
You and your job
As a Project Manager you will have an essential role in realizing the strategic agenda of the CDD pillar. You will manage one or more strategic projects and ensure the project goals are realized timely. You will be responsible to translate the project goals into an ambitious but realistic project plan, setting up the required project organization, oversee and report on progress and impediments and managing stakeholders expectations.
Practical Examples
Examples of Strategic projects we work on are:
- Develop an automation roadmap using Generative A.I.: Together with management of the operational teams, Tech and other stakeholders a road map will be created that identifies the needs of CDD and in which the CDD Pillar and Tech commit to building future proof solutions.
- Harmonization RNL and W&R and Global CDD Target operation models are 2 strategic initiatives that will contribute in their own way to bring the various ways of working within Rabobank closer together so management has better oversight on the effectiveness of our processes and we can operate in more efficient ways.
- Client Centric Focus is a project that aims to improve the customer journey through efficient processes, consistent quality service, and a unified approach. Together with the FEC and other operational teams you will drive initiatives that lead to improved customer satisfaction and more efficient service delivery.

- Drive the realization of the agreed Definition of Done for the project goal(s) within the agreed timelines.
- Deliver the project goals, including a successful implementation, together with a cross functional project team.
- Connect with key stakeholders within the FEC domain and beyond to ensure solutions fit with stakeholders requirements and strengthen one way of working within FEC CDD

The 15 people in Programs & Projects drive the global CDD Strategic Change agenda as one team within Global CDD Change. You and your talent
- Education/work and attitude level: Master degree with around 3+ years of experience or Bachelors with 5+ years of experience;
- Experience in an (international) banking environment, preferably in the FEC domain;
- Knowledge of money laundering, terrorism finance and sanctions laws and regulations;
- Experience in running/ leading larger projects,
- Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken);
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
- A critical mind-set with a hands-on approach, pro-active and can-do attitude;
- Actively contribute to collaborative efforts;
- Experienced in leading and building high performing project teams;
- Ability to present in an impactful and inspiring manner
Next to these qualities, it is important that you can navigate change & uncertainty with flexibility, that you have a proactive mindset and embrace challenges and opportunities for growth, that you can lead in a complex stakeholder environment and are experienced in coaching project team members. You are also able to plan and support professionally, and have a timely and speedy decision making.
