This is what we offer you

• Gross monthly salary between EUR 6,211 and EUR 8,873 (scale 11) for a 36 hour week
• Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance
• 10% Employee Benefit Budget
• EUR 1,400 development budget per year
• Hybrid working: balance between home and office work (possible for most roles)
• A pension, for which you can set the maximum amount of your personal contribution

Be responsible for the execution of large projects in an international environment, moving to one way of working in Wholesale Region Europe, Africa & Asia.

You and your job

As Senior Project Manager, you will be part of the Business Change Team, an experienced team that supports the Commercial and Support teams in the implementation of (global) programs and projects. The team has all the knowledge and network which is needed to efficiently drive change in the Region Europe & Africa.

The team is part of the Client Support & Change team within Wholesale Region Europe Africa & Asia.

• Empower change by building strong relationships, proactively find solutions and bring together all key stakeholders;
• Deliver large implementations in time and with high quality;
• Coach your project team where needed;
• Come with opportunities/project plans to improve processes and way of working;
• Be in control of implementations is important, we expect you to, raise red flags early.

• Be the natural leader in executing change;
• Be the sparring partner for your direct team members and for executive management of Region EA&A;
• Drive the implementation of (global) programs and projects.

You and your talent

• Professional and intellectual ability on Master level;
• Proven track record in executing business critical programs in complex environments;
• >10 years of experience in leading teams and customer support/client facing;
• Knowledge about the Wholesale business;
• Proven experience with Lean (Six Sigma Black Bel), Agile and Prince2;
• Excellent consultancy and ppt skills;
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English is required;
• Proven track record in executing large programs in complex environments
• Recognize yourself in the following skills: getting things done (execution), problem solving and decision making.
