This is what we offer you
- Gross monthly salary between EUR 3,869 and EUR 5,526 (scale 08) for a 36 hour week
- Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance

- EUR 1,400 development budget per year

Scrum Master position that operates in a dynamic environment, where close cooperation with at least 2 other squads within the same project is required. The job entails close collaboration with the other Scrum Masters in the project on regular basis, where over-arching topics regarding team agile maturity are discussed and worked on. Therefore, the position requires an individual eager to learn, willing to closely collaborate with the other squads to improve agile ways of working while bringing new ideas and perspectives into the team.
Your responsibilities
- Hit the ground running to work with the squads to help them into becoming a high-performing squad that works together effectively;
- Set up and support the squad in Scrum Rituals (and, as required, other team building sessions) to continuously inspect & adapt how the squad works together and ensure that impediments are addressed on time;
- Lead by an example via coaching the squad “from the back of the room” on Scrum values;
- Continuously align on ways of working with the other Squads (and their respective Scrum Master);
- Collaborate with the other Scrum Masters and leadership on the agile maturity improvement topics in the project on regular basis;
Must haves
- Proven experience of working with 2 or more squads at a time.
- Knowledge and experience with Scrum and, preferably, knowledge of other frameworks e.g. SAFe;
- Experience with supportive agile tooling: MS Teams, Miro, Azure DevOps;
- Excellent communication skills in English and ability to address questions/issues in a transparent manner;
- Enthusiastic individual that can motivate and energize people around them while not coming across as too pushy;
- Empathetic and reliable individual that can coach individuals and help them grow and improve;
- Critical thinking and ability to express your opinion when needed regarding innovative solutions in the way of the current working;
- Strong Leadership: a strong personality who can give and receive feedback, including to management;
- Experience with conflict management, by putting issues on the table and facilitating them constructively;
- Individual that is keen and able to see the bigger picture and address process pitfalls as necessary;
- Team player that knows how to collaborate with the stakeholders: Fellow Scrum Masters, IT Leads, Product Owners, Solution Architects and other business stakeholders;
- Focus on Results: Action and output-oriented, with a strong focus on delivery;
- Able to work in a highly structured environment while remaining adaptable to changes.
- We work hybride but expect you to be in the office on Monday and Thursday
Nice to haves
- Domain knowledge in TM
- Proficiency in Dutch language is an advantage
