Business Process Model specialist

• Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,516 and EUR 6,449 (scale 09) for a 36 hour week
• Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance

Actively contribute to getting the End-to-End processes within W&R identified, modelled and improved in ARIS to realize value chain steering across Wholesale and Rural.

Working closely together with the subject matter experts in the business to identify the End-to-End processes and select the critical processes to model in ARIS. As Business Process Model Specialist W&R you and the team secure adherence to the Global Standard on Business Process Management and at the same time work on simplification and automation.

• Lead workshops with business experts to identify the triggers, results and work processes leading to an E2E Process, and model them yourself in ARIS
• Identify areas for simplification across the different businesses
• Participate in a working group as E2E expert to identify application controls in existing and new systems

• Model and maintain end-to-end processes in ARIS to ensure accurate representation and optimization of business workflows and adherence to the required conventions.
• Analyze existing end-to-end processes to identify areas for simplification, deduplication or improvement.
• Collaborate and use your conversation techniques with the global and regional teams to ensure process alignment across different regions.
• Provide training and support to business units on End-to-End Processes.

As a Business Process Model Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in analysing, modelling, and optimizing our E-to-End business processes. You will work in an international context, collaborating with diverse teams to secure global alignment and identify opportunities for simplification and improvement. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our End-to-End processes are efficient, effective, and contributing the business to steer to achieve their strategic goals.

• Proven experience in business process modeling and optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and address process inefficiencies.
• Experience working in an international context and collaborating with diverse teams is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive change and continuous improvement.
• Relevant certifications in business process management or related fields are a plus.
