• Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 5,381 and EUR 7,687 (scale 10).

Help protect Rabobank and our customers worldwide from financial crime. You will streamline and automate workflow processes, supporting analysts to efficiently analyse suspicious activities. In this role, you directly impact FEC case-handling and contribute to a safer financial environment.

Drive innovation and digitisation in Financial Economic Crime (FEC) case-handling. As Product Owner, you work closely with Business Analysts, Scrum Master, and IT developers in a multidisciplinary team. You own the squad backlog, ensure alignment with the Area’s vision and goals, and continuously improve workflow management systems for analysts and management. You report progress to stakeholders, identify opportunities to enhance Agile ways of working, and collaborate with other Product Owners across the organisation. Your focus is on digitising and innovating FEC to protect society, customers, and Rabobank.

• Streamlining and automating workflow processes for FEC analysts of Transaction Monitoring.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to improve operational processes in regulatory environments.
• Implementing Agile improvements to boost team productivity and product quality.

• The Tribe FEC Tech has delivered impactful results in a short period, working across the FEC value chain with Operations, Compliance, and other parties within Tribe FEC Tech.

• Optimise workflow technology to support analysts and meet business and regulatory requirements, ensuring efficient and effective case-handling.
• Own and manage the squad backlog, aligning with stakeholder priorities and the Area’s vision, and reporting progress on improvement proposals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and implement opportunities for digitisation and innovation in FEC processes.

• A valid work permit for the Netherlands is required for this position
• Academic background/level.
• Work experience as Product Owner or a similar role.
• Extensive experience in data management and data quality.
• Experience with IT management and development processes, including Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with  PEGA is an advantage
• Experience with AI is also desired.
• Knowledge and experience in optimising operational processes in regulatory environments.
• Experience in the FEC domain is considered a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
