The RoleAs Risk Specialist Credit Risk, you play a crucial role in managing the credit risk of ASN bank. You perform second-line risk management with a focus on credit risk management, spanning the entire cycle from origination and customer service to loan management and settlement. In this diverse and challenging role, you contribute to a bank that stimulates sustainable change and positively impacts lives throughout the Netherlands. You work across ASN Bank's complete credit risk landscape, overseeing all credit portfolios including residential mortgages, SME, sustainable project finance and consumer loans. You handle complex risk matters and drive improvement programs. Your Responsibilities

Tactical Credit Risk Advisory & Policy Development

• Develop and maintain risk management policies and risk appetite frameworks; • Take regulatory developments into account for ASN Bank’s Credit Risk Management; • Provide solicited and unsolicited advice on credit risk-related topics.

Credit Risk Assessment & Monitoring

• Execute portfolio monitoring and management reporting; • Take data management aspects into account for reporting purposes (BCBS 239);

• Fulfill second-line role regarding credit provisions (IFRS 9);

• Conduct performance evaluations and credit inspections;

• Analyze credit risks across all credit portfolios.

Organizational Development & Change Management

• Link developments in processes or automation (systems) to the Credit Risk and oversee / manage potential consequences;

• Support risk management initiatives and promote organization-wide collaboration;

• Ensure continuous improvement of risk management practices and regulatory compliance.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with first-line stakeholders such as Lending and CSMO;

• Work closely with other teams within Risk Management;

• Collaborate with Compliance and Finance.

Your BackgroundEducation: University degree (WO) in finance, economics, mathematics, or related field;

Experience: 7+ years of experience in credit risk management within banking/financial institutions, consultancy, or with demonstrable expertise in credit risk; What You Get From UsThe gross annual salary for this position ranges between €77,91,94 and € 108.775,48 (scale 11) based on a 36-hour work week (including 13th month and holiday allowance). Additionally, you can count on: • 36-hour work week
