Your job

As a business developer, you will play an essential role in implementing CRM in ABN AMRO's international Private bank (located in Germany, France and Belgium). You will work closely together with end-users in the countries, PO’s and DevOps teams, colleagues of the NL implementation and teams in our end-to-end chain to get the job done. The role of business developer in our Grid is a broad function with products, processes, and consultancy elements. New products must fit together well and meet our customer's future needs and wishes.

Working environment

The CRM Grid wants to create CRM as a Service as a fundamental and essential enabler to secure a continuously evolving future proof ABN AMRO service model. The core purpose is to create an awesome customer and employee experience across all channels seamlessly through optimal use of data, to provide relevant customer insights. We work with a team of ambitious colleagues (Business and IT) who share a passion for CRM and use Microsoft Dynamics 365 as our core CRM platform.

• Academic level of working and thinking
• Five or more years' relevant work experience
• Demonstrable experience as a business developer
• Excellent understanding of CRM and preferably MSD365
• Experience working in a DevOps environment
