We’re seeking an HR Assistant / People Enabler to help us manage the HR processes so that we find and onboard the best individuals for various IT related roles in our company. At ABN AMRO Clearing we aspire to lead the way to safe and transparent markets. Clearing acts as an intermediary between clients and the exchanges they trade on. We do so for professional traders, investment managers and corporates. We understand them and strive to deliver reliable high-quality services across the globe.

Your job

As HR Assistant you will assist the IT Management Team with a variety of HR related activities primarily concentrated around talent recruitment and onboarding.

Objectives

  • Input to the hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified talents
  • Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
  • Input to sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants
  • Support end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
  • Form close relationships with hiring managers

Daily responsibilities

  • Strategic workforce planning activities based on hiring managers’ input
  • Enhance vacancy texts, create consistent Clearing IT employer branding proposition
  • Create vacancies together with hiring manager and manage the vacancies in the applicant tracking system
  • Manage pipeline: filter CV’s, discuss potential candidates with manager, create candidate experience / communicate with candidates
  • Arrange interviews with candidates and selection teams
  • Manage onboarding candidates and warm handover to teams
  • Manage visa applications and prolongations
  • Housing support
  • Supplier contact
  • Create HR data based on HR systems, suppliers information, candidate feedback ao
  • Contact with the overall HR Staffing department to align procedures and recruitment activities

Working environment

You will be a part of the application development department of Clearing. About 200 highly skilled and energetic experts work together globally to keep the Clearing services state of the art. Our services demand high availability, expertise and ownership. The application landscape is complex and the pace is high.

The organization is relatively flat and the teams work in an hybrid, agile way. Self-organization and taking initiative are core competencies of the teams. There is a lot of room for learning and trying out. Especially the international character formed by the mix of cultural backgrounds in combination with the open atmosphere makes Clearing a great place to work. As we connect with our colleagues all over the world, working remote is a second nature.

Your profile

You have

  • Work experience in HR, talent acquisition or similar roles
  • Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting and evaluation methods
  • A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
  • Accuracy and proficiency in documenting processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English verbally and in writing
