Information Security Officer (ISO)

What will you be doing as a Information Security Officer:
As Information Security Officer you will be engaged in identifying, analyzing, assessing and classifying current risks on our services, products, systems and processes, working closely with professionals in IT and other risk related areas, such as privacy, business continuity and operational risks, providing advice on mitigating measures.

In addition, your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating, managing and if necessary escalating (possible) security incidents within the organization;
• Organizing training and information sessions within the organization;
• Setting up and managing the local security website and mailbox;
• Delivering insights to relevant internal and external stakeholders;
• Contributing to development, implementation, evaluation and maintenance of steering documents in the field of information security and continuity assurance.

This is what you enjoy doing:

• Keeping up with cybercrime and affiliated developments in the market and changing (international) laws and regulations;
• Coordinating and implementing projects from within the Handelsbanken Group;
• Being part of the Internal Governance, Administration & Control team in the Netherlands, which consists of five experienced employees and a department head.

You recognize yourself in the following:

• You have up-to-date knowledge of the applicable laws and regulations in the field of information and security.
• You have demonstrable relevant experience, preferably within the banking industry;
• You have a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science (HBO/WO) work and thinking level;
• You are able to express yourself professionally to colleagues, customers and stakeholders, both verbally and written in Dutch and English.
