What your job entails

In the position of ALM QRM Specialist in our organisation you will have the opportunity to learn a great deal, oversee the entire balance sheet and make an immediate impact. You will work in an agile team that builds and implements new products, methodologies and models in our target platform (QRM). Your job responsibilities at a glance:

  • Exploring quantitative tools to maximise efficiency and accuracy in measurements and reporting
  • Implementing new products, methodologies and models in our target platform (QRM)
  • Collaborating in the development of methodologies and models as an expert on the application in ALM and implementation in QRM
  • Efficiently implementing changes in QRM to support optimal balance sheet management
  • Ensuring data feeds correctly in QRM in collaboration with other teams

Your qualities:

  • Preferably a Master in Financial Economics or Econometrics
  • 4 years of experience with QRM
  • Knowledge of financial (retail) products and modelling their related behavioural optionalities
  • Pragmatic and eager to deliver high-quality work in a timely and structured manner
  • Strong analytical skills and affinity with IT
  • Strong team and collaboration skills in discussions with stakeholders

What do we offer?

The monthly gross salary for this position ranges between € 3.939,79 - €6.061,21 on the basis of a 36-hour work week. In addition, de Volksbank offers the following interesting and flexible fringe benefits:

  • A 36-hour work week that is flexible in scheduling, e.g. working four 9-hour days (4x9);
  • Working from home includes a home office allowance of € 40 per month and a budget of € 900 every five year to set up your home office;
