For this role you will work in the team that is responsible for identifying external threats for the bank. To correlate and aggregate all necessary information from various sources, the team uses a platform to support our analysts in their day to day work. Do you have an analytical mindset? The formal role is DevOps Engineer within the Global Cyber Intelligence Centre (GCIC) team, which is part of the Corporate Information Security Office (CISO) Operations & Intelligence department. The team consists of highly motivated and passionate analysts, each with their own specialisation, such as open-source & human intelligence, malware analysis & reverse engineering, SOC analysis & forensics, and incident response. Behind them are engineers who support, maintain, and develop our platforms. We operate according to the Scrum methodology and are very enthusiastic about this. The focus of the team is to defend against adversarial activity by collecting intelligence that matters and producing tailored analysis driving active cyber defence efforts to deter successful exploitation. The Cyber Intelligence Analyst will use data analysis, cyber intelligence, and information sharing network. The Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst will directly support the multiple CISO teams by applying analytic and technical skills to identify malicious activity, APT groups and potential insider threats, and in some cases assist in performing incident response. As engineer, you will support the analysts in making their work simpler, smoother, and automate reoccurring tasks.

You will work for the CISO department. The CISO department believes it is essential to connect the interests of our clients, society and the bank. CISO employs approximately 400 colleagues who are responsible for the bank's information security worldwide.
In short, you will be working in a dynamic and international environment that is constantly evolving and looking for innovative information security solutions for the bank, the customers and society. When working from home is no longer the standard, we are working in an office in Amstelveen, close to Amsterdam. Within the team and organization we mainly speak English.
There are approximately 150 colleagues working in the Operations & Intelligence (O&I) department within CISO. The O&I department is organised in 5 different sub departments which are split into agile teams of around 10 people each. You will work in a fast growing and evolving team that supports multiple departments within the banks. Our multidisciplinary way of working will allow you to learn from everyone.

As DevOps Engineer, you have extensive knowledge of security and infrastructure. Self-starter of good ideas and strong communication skills. Not afraid to pitch your ideas how we can improve our work. An EU working permit is required for this position.

Need to have skills
• HBO/Bachelor level of working and thinking
• Can demonstrate in technical depth, the role you have played in development and engineering team(s)
• Required experience:
• Building and using Azure DevOps CICD pipelines
• Knowledge of Azure, Kubernetes, Helm, docker etc
• Programming skills in Python and Bash
• Working with Linux systems, since we do 99% of everything in Linux
• Preferred to have affinity with security environment / security mindset

Nice to have skills
• Understanding and knowledge of
• Cyber Threat Intelligence processes and way of working
• Cyber Security concepts
• Knowledge of AWS (Kubernetes)
• Azure certified with either AZ-104 or AZ-204.

Other skills
• Good communications skills, ability to reach an agreement on requirements and solutions in communications with stakeholders at different levels of the organization
• Be able to proficiently communicate in both written and oral English
• Experience working in agile projects
