Your job

As a Business Developer / IT Integrator Risk Data and Modelling Grid you will have a crucial contribution in making relevant and high-quality data available to internal Modelling, Data Modelling and Reporting stakeholders and external regulators. Within the grid, we work with two large data platforms: RAP and CODAC. The CoDaC and RAP teams are responsible for loading, transforming and integrating data to feed reports and enable analyses. Do you like working with the newest Microsoft technology and provide stable data platforms to our stakeholders? As a Business Developer / IT Integrator Risk Data and Modelling Grid you will be working on:

• Requirements gathering and analysis for the implementation of new business cases on RAP data platform
• Collaborate together with our colleagues from Modelling, DM&A and our architects towards creating the Target Operating Model for our Modelling department
• Support our Development team in various IT implementation with business and requirements analysis
• Support our users in their user journey using the applications we support
• Suggest further improvements of our platforms based on user feedback

Working environment

The Risk Data & Modelling grid is part of Finance & Risk Business Grids (F&RBG), and plays an active role for all the Risk departments. We employ 150+ staff, all of whom share a passion for getting the most out of risk data. Our aim is to generate reliable risk data on time. We do this by improving the risk data itself, data systems and data processes.
We work with an Agile operating model. Our Grid consists of 4 clusters focused on delivering value for the stakeholders in a fast, incremental way.
You will work within the RAP Team within the Non Financial Risk Data Cluster. The cluster and team consist of international professionals with different backgrounds who are driven to bring risk data management to a structurally higher level. The atmosphere is dynamic, open and informal. We work hard, but there’s plenty of room for enjoyment!

Your profile

You have a keen interest in and preferably experience in Risk Management and data platforms. You are a passionate, hard-working professional with an eye for details. You are able to execute assignments independently as well as interact directly with stakeholders when it comes to day-to-day matters. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are a true team player. You know how to articulate stakeholder requirements onto backlog items so that they are ready to be prioritized by the Product Owner and refined by the DevOps team.
You are able to switch context, since alignment with a diverse range of stakeholders and topics means you can not only focus on one topic. You feel at ease supporting the business and enjoy facilitating discussions with the stakeholders in order to support them as well as possible with the (new and existing) IT tooling.
Do you think you fit in with us? Check your profile:

• You’ve successfully completed a higher professional education (Bsc.) or degree (WO/Msc.) and have at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• You have knowledge of Azure & Azure DevOps and knowledge of SAS Viya, Databricks or Azure ML would be a beneficial.
• You have experience with requirements gathering for (new and existing) IT tooling as well as data
• You have experience with Data Analysis and Reporting processes.
• You have experience with Risk Modelling or Data Science lifecycle.
• You have worked in and/or with Scrum/DevOps teams.
• You have affinity with Risk Management.
• Proactive nature and attitude to identify better solutions and to implement them.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Dutch is an advantage).
