As an IT Engineer you will work within the Non-Financial Risk grid of ABN AMRO. Our applications support our compliance department with managing risks such as money laundering, terrorism financing, employee integrity and corruption.

Our applications will be running on the Azure platform and you, together with your team, will be responsible for the development and maintenance of these applications. You have the opportunity to work on the Azure platform and help shape the way we use Azure. We offer the freedom to explore and experiment on new technologies and to influence what technologies we adopt within our grid. At the moment TIBCO BWCE will be a large part of our technology stack, thus experience with TIBCO BWCE is required, but exploring alternatives such as Azure Functions is also within our scope.

You will be working in one of our DevOps teams within Non-Financial Risk our mission is to innovate and to create value for our customers, using state of the art technology and various cloud solutions. Part of the teams work conform scrum principles, other parts are working conform the DevOps principles. we embrace change and initiate opportunity.

· Able to understand business requirements and convert them into epics and user stories

· Deliver integration components in TIBCO BW6/BWCE using an API First approach
· Good understanding of REST and Swagger definitions, and SQL and basic database schemas
· Basic understanding of event driven architecture
