Responsibilities:

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
• Prioritize product backlog items based on strategic goals, customer impact, and business value.
• Collaborate closely with our talented development team, providing clear guidance, support, and timely feedback to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.
• Continuously gather user feedback, conduct market research, and analyze data to drive product improvements and make data-driven decisions.
• Champion the Tikkie brand values and user-centric approach in all product initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ year’s experience as a Product Owner, ideally in a fast-paced scale-up environment or a good story why you are without those 5 years of experience still the best choice.
• A trackrecord demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility and a talent for driving or being associated with industry-leading products/services in a mobile app environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, using data and insights to drive decision-making.
• Proficiency in optimizing existing products and revenue streams through techniques like A/B testing and continuous improvement.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize strategically.
• Preferably, experience in targeting user segments for new propositions and collaborating with external partners
