Project support, managing work packages or small projects, involving relevant stakeholders, organizing trainings and implementing new tools, processes and ways of working are the key responsibilities.
As an Implementation Consultant you will be part of the Implementation Team and report to the Head of the Implementation Management team, who is part of the MT Business Implementation. You will be working closely together with the various CB client segments (e.g. Commercial Clients and Corporate & Institutional Clients), products (e.g. Financing Solutions and ABF), P&C departments globally (e.g. Management Control & Regulations and the regional P&C departments) and other (external) stakeholders (e.g. IT, Risk and Finance) to get implementation of changes done.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in Project / Implementation support
- Excellent planning & organisational skills
- Outgoing personality who can connect easily with key stakeholders
- Strong analytical and consultancy skills
- Easily translate a holistic view in concrete actions
- Able to create project planning, monitoring timeliness and moderate (online) sessions
- Act as a sparring partner for project managers and support them in their day to day activities
- Easily translate a holistic view in concrete actions
- Excellent communication & presentation skills and a structured way of working
