Control Operations is the face of operational governance, protecting the quality and integrity of our client’s transactional data. We are constantly looking to improve automation of our daily tasks and create insights from our data that will allow us to become a more efficient and sustainable organisation.
Your activities as a Realisation Officer will include, but are not limited to:
• Performing static data announcement capture (CA) input in to our core systems and applications.
• Analysing static data announcement capture (CA) processes for possible efficiencies & improvement opportunities.
• Making suggestions for automation.
• Participating in the daily and weekly team meetings.
• Participating in team projects.

Control is one of the three teams within Operations at ABN AMRO Clearing. Control Operations makes Clients’ business secure. We maintain data in Clearing’s core systems, enabling our clients to have accurate and timely data. We also reconcile all of our clients’ accounts. We have a very diverse team, with many different nationalities and a range of experience. The team consists of over 20 people and has a very inclusive environment.
- Bachelor + > 2 years relevant work experience or Master and interest in financial markets.
- Clearing industry knowledge (our role in the market), financial products, banking (incl. operational risks and compliance).
- CA knowledge (Corporate Actions) highly preferred.
- Listener (communicator), empathic and cooperative.
- Drive to perform and result oriented.
