This is what your job looks like:
As a Lead Business Architect in a Pega Devops team at De Volksbank, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and implementing strategic business processes using Pega software. At the Volksbank we use an Agile way of working, you will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions. You know how to connect business requirements and Pega capabilities. We work together with our Pega System Architects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize the customer experience.
Your qualities:
You are proactive, eager to learn, creative and like working together. You know your way around complex environments and can make difficult decisions when necessary. You know how to inspire others and want to continue to improve yourself as a Pega professional within the organization.
Additionally, you have:
- Higher education level, towards computer science.
- Multiple years’ experience in design and implementation of PRPC-based solutions in a leadership role.
- You are Pega Certified Business Architect.
- 8+ years optimizing business processes in the context of Pega functionality.
- Good understanding of Agile, Design Thinking and Value Stream Mapping.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Financial domain knowledge.
Where You'll Work:
In this role, you will join one of our Customer Journey teams, a multidisciplinary team including business developers and IT engineers. Within an informal and open atmosphere, you will work to continuously enhance our business processes to ensure a compliant and effective customer experience.
What do we offer?
The salary for this position is between €70,000 and €95,000 gross annual fixed income (13th month and 8% holiday allowance included) and based on 40 hours per week. In addition, de Volksbank offers interesting and flexible fringe benefits:
