Your job

As a Business Developer you will be working along the team which implements Business Process Management and the Risk Control Framework in the Finance and Risk Data Domain. Within this role, you will be describing the processes within the organisation, these can be related to the current way of working or to the implementation of our new data architecture. With the description of the (new) processes, you also will be making sure we will implement the right controls in this process. While implementing these in the department, you will make sure -together with the other team members- the changes will be part of the regular activities of the different team. In addition you will be aligning the processes and controls with the other departments, covering the full data sourcing to reporting value chain.

Working environment

The Finance & Risk Data Domain is part of Finance & Risk Business Grids (F&RBG), and plays an active role for all the Finance and Risk departments. We employ 250+ international professionals with different backgrounds who are driven to bring data management within Finance & Risk to a structurally higher level. Our aim is to generate reliable finance & risk data on time. We do this by improving the data itself, data systems and data processes. We work with an Agile operating model. Our Finance and Risk Data Domain consists of 5 departments where the atmosphere is dynamic, open and informal.

Your profile

We are looking for an experienced colleague for the Business Process and Control Framework team in the Finance and Risk Data Domain. Examples of the deliverables of a (Senior) Business Developer include:

- Clear business process descriptions based on conversations with the process owners\
- Implementation of the processes in the Business Process Management solution: ARIS
- Translation from the reference controls into specific controls related to these defined processes
- Embedding of the controls in the standard way of working and describing these in the respective solution
- Input for the vision to make the team part of the Business as Usual

The Business Developer we are looking for earned her/his spurs in the areas of Business Process Management, Control Implementation and Data Management within the Finance and/or Risk Management area within the banking or financial organisation (or within consultancy in this area). You are focussed on collaboration, control and achieving goals. You are data driven and keen to bring control in the data organisation.

- You have a completed HBO or WO education
- At least 5-10 years of relevant work experience in the field of Data Management with Finance and/or Risk Management
- You have extensive experience in implementing Business Process Management or Control Implementation
- You have the (communication) skills to make the implementation persistent in the organisation.
