We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join Customer Data Solutions as Lead Steering & Expertise. In this role you will play an important role in shaping and executing the strategic vision of the department, driving the change portfolio and monitoring the achievement of our business objectives.

Your job

Strategic support
• Develop and maintain the business plan of the department together with the MT. Aligning it with the bank’s overall strategic direction.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis on new regulations or specific opportunities and threats both pro-active and on request of the management team of MT CDS and advising the MT on topics to be included in the roadmap.

Steering
• Collaborate with senior management to establish challenging yet achievable OKRs driving growth, regulatory compliance and efficiency
• Monitor and track the progress of OKR’s and the roadmap, ensuring successful implementation of changes within the customer data and process landscape

Expertise
• Support CDS departments with execution of complex and/or bigger changes within the customer data and process landscape
• Creating Data, Process, Organization and Technology (DPOT) requirements and solutions. Always looking at how data issues can be solved from a holistic customer perspective,

Other
• Prepare regular business updates for internal and external stakeholders
• Represent the unit in relevant steerco’s and other meetings
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, providing coaching on the job to team members and continuous performance feedback.

Working environment

Customer Data Solutions (CDS), positioned within the COO domain, is responsible for generic customer processes, customer and party data and related applications. Our mission is to become the bank’s one-stop-shop for everything related to customer data and customer processes. And by doing that driving the foundation for customer value. CDS consists of 4 departments: CDS Data office, Customer Generic Processes, CDS Grid. and Steering & Expertise.

|Steering & expertise supports the management team of Customer Data Solutions with consultancy and execution capabilities. The team maintains and monitors the change portfolio of the department and support the execution of impactful changes. Additionally the team supports the MT of CDS with the strategic direction of the department and prepares materials for interaction with internal external stakeholders.

Together, we are a team of passionate experts who strive for seamless implementation together with our stakeholders. We do this in an inclusive work environment where performance and job satisfaction come together. You lead and work along with a small team of approximately 5-7 people

Your profile

• A minimum of 8 years of experience within Strategy or Management Consulting, preferably with a focus on the Financial Industry and/or Data Management
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Vision on the field and future of Customer Data Management and Customer Processes the banking sector (including IT, risk, compliance and financial aspects)
• Understanding and practical experience in OKR methodology and implementation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability in building convincing storylines

We are offering

• The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
• The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
• Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
• Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
• Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
• An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
