Are you the Management Assistant we are looking for? Our Lending Transformation department is looking for an experienced management assistant to join the teams. You will be involved in a number of support activities, such as agenda management for the Credit Transformation Office and other Lending Transformation units, (HR) administration and the facilities around organizing meetings, conferences, offsites and team activities.

Working environment

The Lending Transformation department consists of a multitude of sub departments, all teams work together to provide the best service for our customers. The departments have strong relations with eachother, whih means that in your role as an asstistant you'll be an important bridge between the departments:

1. Credit Transformation Office is an execution office, overseeing and enabling change within Credit Domain (FS), and consists of: Cluster & Roadmap Management, Analytics, Material Change Assessment, Regulatory Finding Management & Advisory and Office Management. Future Credit Domain Initiative Leads report functionally to the head of this team.

2. Credit & Collateral Life Cycle grid is responsible for the credit origination systems (credit application process) for both program and non-program lending and the collateral life cycle

3. Credit Capabilities grid is responsible for the bank-wide credit (related) shared capabilities (current and future), which are: Credit Facility management, Credit Risk Assessment, Credit Risk Monitoring, and Distressed Client Management

4. Credit Data Management is Credit data domain ownership; Data infrastructure, Data Analysis and Reporting

5. Requirements and Process Change is responsible for timely and high-quality translation of regulation and policy into implementable requirements;

  • Minimum MBO+ working and thinking level
  • At least 7-10 years of relevant work experience (secretarial experience in financial services)
  • You are available for at least 36 hours per week
  • You are digitally savvy You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing
  • You are curious and would like to solve cases
  • Knowledge of and experience with the ABN AMRO organisation, systems and processes is an advantage

We offer

  • The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
  • The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
  • Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
  • Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
  • Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
  • An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
  • An excellent pension scheme.
