We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our team. At the moment 8 professionals are working together from different expertise areas to create high quality data solutions and reports.

We are looking for a data engineer with passion, overview and technical skills. As a member of a DevOps team you are responsible for development but also daily operations. In a short period of time you are able to obtain extensive knowledge of our large and complex data models to be able to make the necessary future changes, support production or to support new requirements.

You will be working together with a focused team on implementing and improving our data-driven solutions, working with Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Server and Azure DevOps.
Within the team, you'll be involved in the implementation of data marts, ETL in close contact with the stakeholders, designing the data model but also Azure Infrastructure and Azure Pipelines.
It's definitely a plus if you have experience with all of these technologies, but also be eager to learn new skills.

You will be working as a Data Engineer within the finance domain in a dynamic and energetic team of professionals who all are critical thinkers and share the same passion. You are up to date with the latest developments in data engineering. The job requires excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail.

• You have an affinity with financial reporting
• Strong analytic skills, data analytics and data handling
• Conceptional thinking and functional overview
• Expertise in Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory and SQL (must)
• Experience handling structured datasets (must)
• Experience in data modelling and Kimball methodology (must)
• Experience with Visual Studio Database projects (must)
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Boards, Git repositories, Pipelines
• Experience with data management, data governance, DQ, and meta data
• Pro-active attitude and an excellent team player.
• You are at least AZ-900 certified or willing to pass within 3 month.

• The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
• The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
• Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
