Are you an experienced professional in information risk management seeking a challenging role in the financial sector? We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of cybersecurity and regulatory compliance to join our team as a Senior Information Risk Manager.

As Information Risk Management you will report directly to the Manager Risk Management of ICS.
This rapid development of digitalization within ICS does require Risk Managers with IT affinity and extensive knowledge in the field of IT governance, processes, and controls as well as special interest in new technologies such as social media, mobile, data analytics, blockchain and cloud / cyber security and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive information risk management strategies and policies in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Facilitate risk assessments across the organization, identifying and mitigating information security risks and perform vulnerability assessments to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of sensitive data and systems.
- Provide clear expert opinions and recommendations on information risk management issues to senior management and relevant committees.
- Prepare and present detailed risk reports, trend analyses, and key performance indicators related to information security to senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as IT, legal, compliance, and senior management to drive a culture of security awareness and compliance.
- Stay updated on emerging threats, trends, and technologies in cybersecurity to proactively enhance the companies’ security posture.

- Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ideally around 10 years of experience in EDP audit or information risk management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Professional certifications such as RE, CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
- Experience with interpreting external regulations in area of Information security and data management.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, relevant regulations (e.g., NIST, DORA, GDPR, PSD II, PCI-DSS, ISO 270010).
- Proven ability to analyze complex information security issues, develop actionable plans, and drive results.
- Experience in enhancing IT Risk awareness and providing training in the IT Risk Management domain.
- Excellent communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and departments.
- Knowledge of Dutch is mandatory for this position.

- The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
