Your work

As Business Consultant, focused on Analytics, you focus on proactively providing advisory opinions in the Analytics domain. You conduct research and, based on the analyses, you advise the Head of Credit Transformation Office and make recommendations for improvements. You support FCD initiatives and FS with relevant analytics to ensure data-driven capacity management and planning, benefit tracking (incl. collating the value per deliverable within an initiative) adequate reporting.

Working Environment

As a Business Consultant, you will be working at the Credit Transformation Office of ABN AMRO in Amsterdam, Noord-Holland. This office, formerly known as the Future Credit Domain (FCD) Office, is a proactive execution department under the Head of Lending Transformation. The Credit Transformation Office aims to build a future-proof and robust credit landscape and oversees 15 different initiatives to improve credit processes. You will be part of a team with a culture of strong collaboration, a hands-on approach, and open communication. You will collaborate with various departments such as Client Units, Risk, Finance, IT, and DM&A to realize an integrated transformation roadmap.

Your profile

  • You are an experienced consultant, with a strong delivery mindset
  • You are well capable to analyse and can well deliver your advice to a wide and diverse audience
  • You are pragmatic and translate ideas into actions, you initiate and lead specific interventions
  • You have a passion for creating the impact that ultimately benefits our customer’s experience
  • Your way of getting things done naturally makes you collaborate across silos and you have a track record in mobilizing people throughout the organization
  • You bring specific qualities, such as a deep understanding of the end-to-end credit processes and/or change management skills and/or communication expertise.
  • You identify opportunities for improvement in the focus area and develop them into improvement proposals.
  • Your advice is aimed at continuity and improvement of business operations and is substantiated with analyses and reports.

We offer

  • The gross monthly salary (max. Eur 6.890) displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. A 40-hour work week is also possible.
  • The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
  • Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
  • Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
  • Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
  • An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
  • An excellent pension scheme.
