The Finance & Risk Data Sourcing department (F&R DDS) team supports the stakeholders in Finance and Risk with the implementation of the current and future data structure.
As a Business Developer Change, you understand the project-cycles of the different initiatives within the data domain. You create oversight on planned deliveries against agreed timelines and register the related user stories that are required to address the goals of the epics. You are responsible for the collection of the different plans from the department leadership team and integrate that into one comprehensive overview and keep that up to date.
You are the facilitator in the deepdives we will organize across the bank and keep track on actions agreed.
The Finance & Risk Data Sourcing Department is part of the Finance & Risk Data Domain. The Finance & Risk Data Domain is part of Finance & Risk Business Grids (F&RBG), and plays an active role for all the Finance and Risk departments. We employ 250+ international professionals with different backgrounds who are driven to bring data management within Finance & Risk to a structurally higher level. Our aim is to generate reliable finance & risk data on time. We do this by improving the data itself, data systems and data processes. We work with an Agile operating model. Our Finance and Risk Data Domain consists of 5 departments where the atmosphere is dynamic, open and informal.
You are the organiser who brings structure to change. It makes you happy to harmonize the way the different initiatives report on progress and issues. You are a passionate, hard-working professional with an eye for details. You are able to execute assignments independently as well as interact directly with stakeholders when it comes to day-to-day matters.

• You’ve successfully completed a higher professional education (Bsc.) or degree (WO/Msc.)
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in ABN AMRO
• You have knowledge of budgetprocesses within change at ABN AMRO
• Strong powerpoint skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch + English
