Your job

As a Salesforce System Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. You will work closely with developers, administrators, project managers, and business stakeholders to create comprehensive system architectures that align with the organization's long-term goals and requirements. This role demands a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, expertise in best practices, design patterns, and emerging technologies, and the ability to lead technical design sessions and peer code reviews.

Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with architects, developers, administrators, and project managers to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet our needs and exceed expectations. You will ensure the architectural integrity, security, compliance, and consistency across the Salesforce platform and its integrations, safeguarding our data and systems. Your technical expertise and guidance will be invaluable to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Additionally, you will assist in data migration and integration activities as part of Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption. Providing ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications will be a critical part of your role, including troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain optimal performance. Staying ahead of the curve, you will keep abreast of the latest Salesforce technologies, best practices, and industry trends, ensuring our solutions are always at the cutting edge.

Your profile

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce developer or architect, including a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, its architecture, and its limitations.
  • Proven experience in managing complex Salesforce projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, and project delivery, releases and deployments.
  • Client-facing experience working with business and IT client stakeholders in leading architectural/technical design.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components and flows etc.
  • Experience using SFDC-related tools (VS Code, Git, Azure Repos, Apex Data Loader etc. ).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce products and services, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform.
