As a Business Process Manager at Tikkie, you will be instrumental in driving our scalable growth to new heights. Your key responsibilities will include identifying, analyzing, and documenting business processes, paving the way for continuous improvement and optimization. Your role spans the entire organization, allowing you to engage with a diverse range of colleagues and tackle various processes, including customer, change, finance, and governance workflows. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the ABN AMRO BPM expertise center, leveraging their insights and expertise to enhance our processes further. Responsibilities:
- Identifying and documenting all end-to-end processes at Tikkie.
- Adding structure and bringing BPM to the next level through continuous improvement.
- Initiate BPM governance throughout the entire company and help colleagues to understand the processes.
- Overseeing 1-2 risk areas. You will be tasked with identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks in these specific domains to ensure organizational stability and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with Tikkie Operations, Products and Tech teams and other relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Process Manager or in a similar role.
- Experience in one or multiple non-financial risk areas, such as Know Your Customer (KYC), fraud, changing laws and regulations, compliance, financial reporting, or Information Technology (IT).
- An active communication style and knows how to engage the rest of the company.
- Good understanding on documenting and visualising processes in an efficient way, explainable to a wide group of stakeholders.
- Track record of data-driven process improvements, preferably in a fast-changing and complex working environment.
- Interest in learning what data can do in terms of process identification and improvement.
- You are fluent in the English language, both in writing and speaking.
