As a Product Owner Platform & Technologies (P&T) Monthly Business Review (MBR) & Data analysis, you know the world of data and analytics well, within a short period of time you will know how to link this perfectly to the complex work field within ABN AMRO’s IT service provider P&T. With your experience you will have an important role in ensuring that the MBR process is executed efficiently and effectively, providing valuable insights and driving continuous improvement for the P&T Management Team. As a Product Owner MBR & Data Analytics, you will play a crucial role in facilitating, managing, and analyzing the MBR process within the P&T department. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the MBR process is executed efficiently and effectively, providing valuable insights and driving continuous improvement. You will coordinate and prepare the MBR meetings, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are engaged and informed. Additionally, you will prepare and distribute MBR agendas, meeting materials, and reports in a timely manner, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret data related to business performance, key metrics, and KPIs. You will generate comprehensive reports and presentations for the MBR meetings, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement. Ensuring data accuracy and integrity in all reports and presentations is crucial. Your contribution is essential for P&T to become a data-driven organization, combining technology and knowledge to create the basis of a data-driven organization that can rely on the data engineering & analytics capabilities of our teams.
Apart from this your activities will extend into performing data analysis on P&T wide topics and closely collaborate with our dedicated Data modelling team.
The job opening is within our Platforms & Technology department of our Innovation & Technology function. Your team will be the Data Driven Services team which is part of the P&T Office. Good to know:

- P&T Office is a dynamic team that connects the grids of Platforms & Technology, streamlines management systems, and supports administration and financial control. We ensure P&T's risk exposure aligns with the bank's moderate risk posture.
- As P&T Data Driven Services we deliver a data-driven foundation for high-performance IT services. Our team excels in data engineering and analytics, providing insights and dashboards that drive decision-making and support various use cases across P&T and our Corporate Information Security Organization (CISO).
You recognize yourself in the following profile:
- You have two years or more experience in a data analytics or process improvement environment;
- You have strong stakeholder management skills, allowing you to effectively communicate and build relationships with various stakeholders.
- Your have good analytical and reasoning skills enable you to analyze and interpret complex data, drawing logical conclusions and making well-founded recommendations.
- You have a pro-active and “can do” attitude, you take initiative and actively seek solutions and opportunities to improve processes.
- You are a team player with a collaborative attitude, you work well with others and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
- Your have excellent communication skills in English allow you to express yourself clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
- The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
- Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
- Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
- Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
