Digital Change & Interaction Manager

Working within the SDT of Corporate Banking means you will help serve two client segments: Commercial Clients (revenue of 25-100 million euros) and Corporate & Institutional Clients (revenue more than 100 million euros). The client segments within Corporate Banking are organised into five uniform sectors responsible for the transition themes and for the Dutch and Northwest European sector strategy. Corporate Banking offers clients expertise in questions of strategy and sustainability and in complex core and Beyond Banking products based on in-depth knowledge of the sector and sustainability. With the implementation of the new service model, the need for automation and digitalisation of key processes and the development and use of digital tooling is elementary for the whole Corporate Bank to focus on acquisition and providing holistic strategic advice.
As Digital change & interaction manager within the SDT CB, you are working on improving our processes, systems, and tooling. In this role, you:
- Assess the dynamics of the bank-wide digital landscape for Corporate Banking, and (re)design a sound strategic response by collaborating with key stakeholders within the Corporate Bank e.g., MTs, CB Office and SDT Colleagues.
- Translate the Corporate Banking strategic goals and KPIs into a Corporate Banking digital roadmap with defined timelines and resourcing needed for CB to successfully realize our goals and effectively respond to digital opportunities and threats.
- Support senior management in bank-wide bodies like eQPRs by preparing trade-offs, provide background on the added value of (to be) prioritised initiatives and advice on decision-making.
- Create, communicate, and drive the digital agenda portfolio i.c.w. Corporate Banking digital sponsors, GRIDs, COO Strategic Execution & Implementation, Product Units and CDE.
- Monitor execution process on Digital Agenda portfolio initiatives, help solve impediments and update the MT Corporate Banking on a Quarterly basis on the progress of the Digital Agenda Initiatives
- You act as a (delegate) sponsor on digitalisation initiatives, you advise relevant stakeholders and create support for implementing change and run activities in the segments and sector clusters.
- Oversee and monitor the realisation of the defined segment contact strategies and service promise in layer 1, 2 and 3 by driving the implementation of layer 1 solutions as well as development and in layer 2 and 3 together with key stakeholders like CC&OPS, digital sponsors, the digital owner network, and Strategic Execution & Implementation.
We are the Segment Development team (SDT) Corporate Banking. As a team we support the segment heads of Commercial Clients (CC) and Corporate & Institutional Clients (CIC) in implementing the segment strategy and achieving the segment targets. We are responsible for:
- setting the segment plans and the competitive positioning of the segments and sector clusters targeting segment and sector performance (NPS and other KPIs)
- designing/redesigning value propositions and customer journeys
- setting and executing the marketing strategy for the segment
- establishing the segment-specific requirements for the change organisation and liaising with the change organisation to define a (digital) roadmap based on priorities and available resources
- performance analysis and business intelligence.
- developing, maintaining and implementing the propositions within Corporate Banking

We focus on improving our offerings to the market and creating demand to expand our client base so we grow as a bank. Next to that we are a driver of performance, digitalisation, and house in order activities.

- Knowledge of (Corporate Banking) banking products, services, and customers / entrepreneurs
- Knowledge of ABN AMRO business, grids, and IT architecture
- You are conceptually strong, experienced in strategic planning and can translate strategy to execution
- You are skilled in formulating and prioritizing the segment digitalization roadmap
- You have experience with complex stakeholder management
- You have experience in program and project management; Experience in Portfolio Management is a pré.
- Master's degree, with a strong academic record in a related field.

- This position is at Hay level 11. Salary is based on knowledge, experience, and equal pay. It is a full-time position (36-hour week), with room for flexible and hybrid working.
