BE- Business Support Officer
We are looking for a motivated Business Support Officer (temporary) to join our dynamic Business Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer care and supporting various projects within the team. You will play a key role in improving the customer experience and optimizing internal processes. You have the possibility to work in our office in Ghent, Antwerp or Brussels. Growth? Your responsibilities
- Handle clients exits by managing the process efficiently, ensuring clear communication and smooth transitions. You support in reports to the management.
- Manage and resolve customers complaints, ensuring timely and appropriate solutions, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless customer service and smooth project execution.
- Lead or act as a stakeholder in executing projects, from planning to implementation (shaping new procedures, process descriptions and manuals).
- Organize training to inform stakeholders about the implementation (or system change) and familiarise them with the (new) way of working.
- Actively follow up on action points based on the feedback of our Commercial Business.
- Carry out audits by collecting input from other operations and process it in an action plan. You perform root cause analyses as part of internal controls and/or follow-up on complaints.

as you would expect in our sector
- have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
or relevant work experience in a similar role - have at least a first experience with project management
professional knowledge in (Private) Banking and/or additional training is a plus - have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
You are fluent in Dutch/French and English. - are a true enabler
