Your responsibilities:
- Lead generation: identify, qualify, and develop leads through research, outreach, and follow-up, ensuring a continuous pipeline of prospective private banking clients.
- Networking: actively participate in networking events and other activities to build relationships and grow our presence within the high-net-worth community.
- Market research: conduct market research to identify emerging trends, understand clients needs, and find opportunities for growth.
- Client engagement: collaborate with Private Bankers, Marketing & Events team to develop outreach strategies, present solutions to prospects and facilitate client onboarding.
- Relationship management: support and coach Junior and Senior Private Bankers in maintaining relationships with key contacts.
- Reporting and analysis: track and report on key metrics related to lead generation, conversions, and outreach effectiveness. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

as you would expect in our sector
- have minimum a bachelor’s degree
in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field - have at least 2 years of experience in business development, sales or a related role,
preferably in the financial services or banking industry - are bilingual Dutch and French
to effectively communicate with clients in Brussels. You are also fluent in English to communicate with internal stakeholders. - are a true enabler
