We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Manager to join our Finance division. You’ll be part of both our Finance Line of Business as well as our cross-functional marketing team, contributing to the transformation of financial processes and enhancing the lives of countless individuals.

With ambitious international growth targets, we’re looking for a talented Marketing Manager to help us achieve these goals.

What You'll Do as a Marketing Manager at Topicus?

We are seeking a candidate to enhance awareness of our financial products and drive demand both in the Netherlands and internationally. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing B2B marketing campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads to support our commercial team.

You will lead the end-to-end planning, implementation, and management of campaigns while closely collaborating with colleagues in marketing and sales. We are looking for a professional with a strong sense of ownership, who thrives in a hands-on role and takes initiatives from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that align with our sales objectives, driving growth and expanding our market presence.

  • Campaign Development: Plan and launch integrated marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content strategy, social media targeting, Google Ads and event marketing.

  • Performance Measurement: Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and sales cycle effectiveness. Leverage data-driven insights to refine and enhance future campaigns for maximum impact.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing colleagues, sales teams and external parties to ensure alignment and seamless execution of comprehensive marketing strategies.

  • Budget Management: Define and manage the marketing budget for the Line of Business.

Skills and experience
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B FinTech environment.

  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, and experience with HubSpot or similar platforms.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Dutch, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Core Strengths: Strong organizational and project management skills, creative thinking, and attention to detail.

  • Collaboration: A passion for teamwork within a dynamic, cross-functional team, combined with the ability to work independently.
