Your job

As a Medior or Senior Business Developer in the Requirements Interface and Oversight team, you will:
- Analyse diverse information channels to understand the interface between business needs for data, regulatory aspects, and technical capabilities.
- Harmonize regulatory, policy and business data requirements from various usages across consumers and domains, to produce a comprehensive requirements repository for insights discovery, analysis, and decision-making.
- Analyse and identify synergies and proactively resolve inconsistencies in business and regulatory data needs.
- Perform information flow impact assessments and understand the impact on consumers (e.g. reports) to gather quality and completeness insights and create reliable data delivery planning.
- Perform regulatory, policy and business data requirement verification and validation assessments on behalf of the domain.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including but not limited to data domains, data product teams, business model team, policy teams, and business functions.
- Champion innovation to enhance governance, minimise rework and compliance risk, drive simplification and optimise planning within our data domain.
- Make an impact by being part of a pioneering team shaping the future of finance and risk requirements management and data driven steering.

Workenvironment

The Finance & Risk Data Domain is part of Finance & Risk Business Grids (F&RBG) and plays an active role for all the Finance and Risk departments. We employ 250+ international professionals with different backgrounds who are driven to bring data management within Finance & Risk to a structurally higher level. Our aim is to generate reliable finance & risk data on time. We do this by improving the data itself, data systems and data processes. We work with an Agile operating model. Our Finance and Risk Data Domain consists of 5 departments where the atmosphere is dynamic, open, and informal.

Your profile

- Master's degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in the banking industry.
- Collaborative and Communicative: You have strong communication and influencing skills to invite and use the opinions and perspectives of others, open to challenging conversations, are capable to form an opinion on complex matters and share your opinion in a clear manner, while maintaining a collaborative relationship with stakeholders in the Bank.
- Data Management Expertise: You have knowledge of data governance and data management best practices (e.g. DAMA) and the requirements in these areas from the regulator (e.g. BCBS239). You have knowledge of metadata management and ETL processes (e.g. DMBOK, BABOK certifications).
- Governance and Regulatory Knowledge: You understand regulatory and external reporting and risk modelling practices and the regulations that drive them and the impact they have on data.
- Problem-solver mindset: You aspire to find creative solutions to complex problems and are eager to learn about tech-savvy optimisation solutions a pré.

We offer

• The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
• The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
• Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
• Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
• Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
• An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
