With you strong stakeholder management skills you are taking responsibility for project delivery. Your mission: together with the project lead, you serve our clients by realizing high quality execution within set time frame and budget.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in projects and/or lead project workstreams, usually at departmental level
- Facilitate the development of project- plans and implementation plans
- You analyse project information, provide insight into the progress made in projects and develop project proposals
- Acting as a point of contact for clients and delivering solutions to challenges that arise
- Organize and contribute to meetings between project stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment and effective decision making
As a Consultant in our Strategy Execution & Implementation department, you'll be part of Organizational Change & Growth Consultancy one of the six Consultancy Expertise teams.
What we do?
Within our Organizational Change & Growth Consultancy Expertise, 20+ SE&I consultants help our internal clients grow and solve their most important challenges within change in the area of Organizational Change & Growth. This Expertise is responsible for in-house programmes and projects of a strategic nature, such as reorganisations and M&A projects. This area of expertise also translates bank-wide strategy into operating strategy.
The services we offer:
Organizational Change & Growth Consultancy: Management consulting, organisational transformations, integrations after a merger or acquisition, setting up partnerships and dismantling business units.
You are a strong analytical and conceptual thinker with a hands-on mentality, a drive to change and improve. As a proactive professional, you take an analytical, independent approach to your work. You have excellent communication skills, are goal-orientated and solution-led. As a result, you are able to optimally manage your stakeholders with a high level of responsibility.
Check your profile:
- A university level education with ~5-8 years of relevant work experience, preferably with a background in consultancy
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Project management experience, preferably in financial institutions
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Experience working with different methodologies, such as Agile and Prince2 is preferred
- The ability to work on multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel
- Professional working proficiency in English is a must. Proficiency in Dutch is a definite plus

Furthermore:
- The gross monthly salary (min. Eur. 5.112 – max. Eur 7.303) is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. A 40-hour work week is also possible. The salary range is broad due to a combined scale; actual placement is determined upon offer, based on your knowledge, experience, and potential.
- The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
- Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
- Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
- Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team).
- An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
