CRM Business Analyst

As a CRM Business Analyst, you will play an essential role in implementing our bank-wide CRM platform Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) at ABN AMRO (main bank + countries). You will work closely together with end-users, PO’s, DevOps teams and teams in our end-to-end chain to get the job done. The role of business developer in our Grid is a broad function with products, processes, and consultancy elements. You identify the business needs and make the translation to system requirements. Together with the team you find the best way to meet these needs. You are also on the lookout for new capabilities that can be of benefit to the bank.
The CRM Grid wants to create CRM platform as a fundamental and essential enabler to secure a continuously evolving future proof ABN AMRO service model. The core purpose is to create an awesome customer and employee experience across all channels through optimal use of data and by providing relevant customer insights. We work with a team of ambitious colleagues (Business and IT) who share a passion for CRM and use Microsoft Dynamics 365 as our core CRM platform.

- Academic level of working and thinking (HBO/WO)
- Experience as a business developer or consultant
- Understanding of CRM, customer journeys and/or MSD365
- Experience working in a DevOps environment
- Able to speak in both Dutch and English languages
The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month. Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year. Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000. Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position). An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands. An excellent pension scheme.
