Your Job

Join our leadership team within the Financial Risk Grid, overseeing a workforce of over 250 professionals. You will have direct HR responsibility for approximately 10 business developers and functional oversight of more than 25 IT specialists, fostering their growth and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Your role involves managing the maintenance and monthly operations of our Credit Risk Models, overseeing the rating assignment process, and maintaining robust control frameworks. You will lead the implementation of changes to both IRB and non-IRB models (PD, LGD, EAD) including new model implementations to ensure CRR3 compliance. You collaborate closely with stakeholders across the credit chain and take a leading role to ensure tangible results.

A major focus will be steering the transition to our target architecture to replace existing IT infrastructure, enhancing our operational efficiency. Acting as a pivotal connector, you will align with stakeholders across Credit Risk, Business Units, Finance, and Modelling, ensuring seamless collaboration and requirement fulfilment.

Additionally, you will engage with regulators on new models, maintaining an open communication and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standard

Your profile

Experience

  • Educational Background: Holds an academic master’s degree or PhD, preferably in a quantitative field.
  • Extensive Financial Experience: Over 8 years of experience in a financial environment, providing deep industry insights.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Preferably experienced with Internal Rating Based Models, CRR Regulations, change management, and IT implementations.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibits strong verbal and written communication abilities, essential for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Managerial Experience: At least 4 years of proven managerial experience, showcasing leadership capabilities and team management skills.

We are offering

  • Competitive salary in Hay 13 or 14 depending on experience.
